An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending the 30A Songwriters Festival (30ASWF), you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. The Cultural Arts Alliance (CAA) of Walton County, Inc. has taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, other attendees, artists, volunteers, and staff. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting 30A Songwriters Festival events and activities. You further understand, agree and hereby consent that your failure or disregard to follow all protocols in effect and required by the CAA, CDC, and venue providers during your attendance at the 30ASWF is hereby sufficient grounds to be excluded from attending the event by the CAA or an event authority.

All people who have purchased a ticket to the 30A Songwriters Festival in advance of the Festival weekend or at the Festival Box Office in order to attend all or part of the Festival are hereinafter referred to as Festival Patrons. All Festival Patrons MUST present a negative COVID test (within the previous 72 hours), along with a valid government-issued photo ID, to receive a 30A SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL wristband. (Note: Festival Patrons may choose to present proof of full vaccination in lieu of a negative test).

A valid I.D. must also be presented at the Festival Box Office check-in in order to be issued an official 30A SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL Wristband (hereinafter referred to as “WRISTBAND”). A WRISTBAND will be put on all Festival Patrons in a secure manner at the Box Office by Festival staff and must be worn throughout by Festival Patrons in attendance at the Festival events.

Festival Patrons MAY NOT CHECK IN ON BEHALF OF OR PRESENT PROOF OF VACCINATION/TEST RESULT FOR ANY OTHER ATTENDEE(S). All Festival Patrons must also present their own Photo I.D. in person. Any Festival Patrons who have purchased a ticket in advance of the Festival who refuse to abide by the 30A SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL COVID-19 Safety Policy will be denied entry to any event, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
